Warren Collier is President of Trinity Human Resources. He is a senior human resources strategist who has implemented solutions that have had a major impact on improving employee performance and retention with several Fortune 100 clients. His experience and passion for “excellence in execution in everything we do” have helped his clients mitigate obstacles that get in the way of the effective implementation of new strategies.

Warren spent several years with TD Bank, Bell Mobility and a leading Global Outsourcer in a variety of senior management roles in Operations, Credit Adjudication, Risk Management and Human Resources. He holds a professional Human Resources designation (CHRP), majored in business administration and has completed a number of Executive Education Programs. He is also a frequent speaker at various industry conferences in Talent Acquisition & Human Capital Strategy.
Warren has served on a number of Board & Governance committees in the Healthcare sector. As past Board Chair of York Central Hospital (now MacKenzie Health), he successfully expanded its mandate to become a regional healthcare provider for all of Southwest York Region. This lead to YCH's re-branding to Mackenzie Health and the subsequent governance, planning and construction of new Hospital in the City of Vaughan.
Warren retired as Board Chair in June 2010, and subsequently served as a Board Member with the Ontario Hospital Association for 3 years, and currently serves on the Board of Orchestra Toronto.








Monisha is a Human Resources and Compensation Consultant with over 15 years of progressive compensation experience in industries such as retail, real estate, financial services logistics/transportation, business process outsourcing, mining & natural resources.

Monisha is a valued partner to her clients drawing from a broad base of knowledge in compensation, policy and procedures and HR systems. She has successfully designed and conducted competitive compensation market reviews for large multi-national companies including survey development, market research, and job evaluation. In addition, she has extensive experience in total compensation design, process improvement, and program management.
An active member of the Human Resources Professional Association, Monisha takes a keen interest in developing future business leaders and HR professionals through local volunteer work where she provides career counseling to youth, new graduates, and new immigrants while also mentoring new HR professionals. 
Monisha is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) with the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree through Wilfrid Laurier University specializing in Human Resources.

Bill McNamee-Lamb brings a wealth of experience to the executive search field gained in more than twenty years as a search consultant, and as a senior human resources executive in domestic and global markets with blue chip companies such as Investors Group, CIBC, Rhone-Poulenc and Sanyo Canada.
Bill is a former Senior Vice President, Human Resources with InvestorsGroup in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He previously served as Director, Human Resources, Electronic Banking at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) where he developed and implemented Human Resources and recruiting strategies for the development and launch of President’s Choice Financial, Canada’s first retail supermarket bank, and for the development of Winn Dixie Marketplace Bank, the first virtual supermarket bank in the state of Florida. Prior to this role Bill was Vice President Human Resources & Administration for Rhone-Poulenc Canada.
A frequent speaker at industry conferences, Bill is a graduate of Ryerson University in Business Administration and Human Resource Management. He has been an active member of the HRPAO, Human Resource Planning Society in New York, The Conference Board of Canada, Human Resources of Western Canada and the Corporate Leadership Council.


Joe Stephen is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional—has extensive experience in the banking and securities industries in both Canada and the United States.
Joe spent six years as Vice President at Morgan Stanley in New York. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr Stephen spent fourteen years with TD Bank and TD Securities in Toronto and New York holding various positions of increasing authority. His experience with the bank included commercial lending, corporate cash management and finally as a business development officer in New York.
Joe works with companies in a consultative manner to design, implement and deliver state-of-the-art Group RRSP & Employee Benefit programs that clients & employees genuinely value. He is also President of Stephen Financial, a well respected financial planning firm.

A graduate from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University, he is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers (FICB) and a Certified Cash Manager (CCM) from the Association of Financial Professionals, USA. He holds the Life Licensed Qualified Professional (LLQP) certification and is a CFP® certificant—the gold standard in financial planning.

He is past President of the McMaster Alumni Association. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Stephen served as President of the Canadian Club of New York and in 2005 became a part Advisory Director of the Canadian Association of New York.

GERALD MCGROARTY - EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP & PERFORMANCE COACH                                                                                                                                                                       


 For over 25 years, Gerald McGroarty has been an exceptional leader, coach and business strategist in the Canadian sports and media industry.
As the former Publisher of The Hockey News, along with senior executive positions with CHUM Radio, The Score Television Network, and Tele-media/Fan 590, he’s enjoyed front row seats observing hi-performers and corporate executives at the top levels of their game.
Built on the foundation of Define - Inspire - Transform , Gerald is the creator of a number of one-on-one and team coaching programs including The Brand Within™, The Art and Science of Success™, and Excel and Exceed™. Gerald’s expertise and passion in leadership and management reputation has helped individuals and organizations across all industry sectors including; aerospace, energy, media, financial, insurance, real estate, security, telecommunications and sports. 
A graduate of the University of Toronto’s Strategic Leadership program, he now teaches at both the University of Toronto’s School of Continuing Studies and at Schulich School of Business at York University. Gerald is a member of the International Coaching  Federation (ICF).




John is a well recognized and sought after, author, key note speaker, coach, organizational psychologist and innovative thought leader. He is the President and founder of The Self Management Group and has a doctorate in Psychology from York University where he also worked as an Assistant Professor.

Over a 30 year period, John has helped hundreds of organizations develop into self-managed, high performance cultures. Using advanced statistical methods and principles of applied organizational psychology, tens of thousands of self-management program participants have increased their personal and professional effectiveness by developing the critical success habits that lead to performance and results. His ground breaking key note presentations have a profound impact on any audience.
